Ryatt Johnston Gallery Invites You For A Visit

 

Tamela Ryatt and Karen Johnston of Ryatt Johnston Gallery invite the public to their 3rd annual open house on Saturday & Sunday, May 12th & 13th from 10 am to 4 pm.

Location: 22140 Frontier Road, Clovis, CA 93619 (cross street; Auberry Road, 2 miles north of Table Mountain Casino)

Join Ryatt and Johnston as they present their photography, sculptures and feature the paintings by Fresno’s newest artist, Bibi Bielat. The open house also showcases a gorgeous succulent garden, walking trails and sitting areas with breathtaking views of Table Mountain and the surrounding foothills.

CHP Fresno Hosts Motorcycle Safety Awareness Day

May is Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month, a time to raise awareness of motorcycle riders and their safety.

The California Highway Patrol says their primary mission is to prevent loss death and injuries to all drivers and riders, one of the ways they hope to do so is by improving motorcycle safety.

CHP is inviting the local motorcycle community to come out to Motorcycle Safety Awareness Day

The event will be held on Saturday, May 19th from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Veterans Job And Resource Fair To Be Held This Week

The Fresno County Veterans Employment Committee is hosting its annual Job-n-Resource Fair for veterans, National Guard members, and reservists returning from active duty.

More than 50 employers are expected to be there with dozens of job openings available.

The job fair will be held on Thursday, May 10th  from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the American Legion Post 509. That's on  3509 North First Street in Fresno.

The event is open and free to everyone including non-veteran job seekers.

Cinco de Mayo Festival Downtown

Downtown Fresno Partnership with Univision Television & Radio, is proud to present Fresno’s annual Cinco de Mayo Festival on historic Fulton Mall this weekend (May 5-6).

Celebrated worldwide as an occasion to pay tribute to the Mexican victory over the French at the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862, Cinco de Mayo is one of Downtown Fresno's biggest annual events. Nearly 60,000 people attend this free outdoor festival each year, held on the historic Fulton Mall in Downtown Fresno.

Highlighting authentic Mexican food, dancing, music, shopping, kids activities and more ... the celebration is a great weekend destination for families.
